For Her Pilates Studio offers on demand reformer Pilates. What this means is:
You book yourself in for a session (via our App - download from the Apple or Google Store) at a time that suits you between 4am and 10pm.
When you arrive at the Studio, your App will unlock the door (see here for Studio Access info).
Once you have put your belongings away and set yourself up at your Reformer, connect your earphones / headphones via Bluetooth to the Kiosk (aka the big iPad on the stand next to your Reformer). Then you can explore the session type you would like to do. You can choose choose:
Your experience level (eg beginner, intermediate, advanced).
The duration of your desired session
Your preferred work out type eg full body, upper body only, stretch etc.
You can also filter based on instructors.
You complete your personalised and individualised reformer Pilates session.
Once you have finished, wipe down your reformer and any equipment used.
For first timers:
Ensure you have completed your Orientation. It will help you to learn about the reformer parts and how to safely use it.
Choose the beginner level and full body, to give yourself a chance to experience the whole body workout.
It’s important to take it slowly, and it’s ok if you don’t get it right.
Remember, no one knows if you are doing it incorrectly – because it’s an individual session not a group class
